Graduation party
We had the pleasure of hosting a private event to celebrate the graduation in “Fashion Design & Accessories Womenswear” at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, of a young and talented fellow countrywoman.
Our compliments also for the topic addressed: “Between fashion and folklore, a project to recover traditional Sardinian embroidery in Canutiglia”.
A special evening made even more welcoming with dishes created ad hoc by our chef, Daniele Amarilli: cheese and focaccia platter, low-temperature cooked pork loin with tuna sauce, polenta chips and sweet-and-sour red onion petals, octopus and potatoes with octopus mayonnaise, seafood risotto, gnocchi with toma cheese fondue, hazelnuts and champignon mushrooms, and mixed fried food.
